Recently I've discovered a new hobby.

Truth-be-told, it's more like a (healthy) obsession.

It's free, easy-to-do and takes no equipment. Very little training is required.

What is it?

Sampling perfumes.

I never was a huge perfume  fan. On more than one occasion I've almost been knocked out by the fumes of cologne by a woman (or man!) passing me on the street.

But recently I was introduced to a fragrance line by Jo Malone from London.  These
scents are infused with natural essences of flowers, herbs and spices.

So, when I was invited by a good friend to attend an event for Breast Cancer Awareness at the Saks Fifth Avenue Department store, knowing I could also get my 'fix' of inhaling Jo Malone's scents, I couldn't refuse!

It was a lot of fun and here we are indulging our olfactory glands in an array of incredible aromas. At each sample there was a small card listing the ingredients in the fragrances such as orange flower blossom, cloves and even tobacco! Some scents
were subtle and others more obvious.

When I left the event (smelling heavenly from all those samples!) I was reminded of the importance of "sniffing out" our own fears and doubts we might have about ourselves.

Working with Practitioners over the years I've learned some simple but highly effective tools to identify what is holding us back. And I'll be leading a very special call on
Clearing Your Limiting Beliefs around Money, Marketing and Your Practice with Emotional Freedom Techniques.

It's one of the most popular calls I offer and I know you'll leave feeling empowered and much more confident after we have cleaned up the negative self-talk that keeps you from moving forward in your Practice.

So if you want to move past your inner blocks and stop sabatoging yourself, consider joining us for this powerful call.  Click here for details:
