Private Coaching
You have three options, depending on the speed with which you want to move forward, the amount of time you have available and your budget: Platinum, Gold and Silver.
Platinum Coaching Package was created in response to client requests and is the most popular option. It is for those that want to get their existing Practice to the next level and to make as much progress as possible. As a Platinum client, you’ll receive email and telephone support in between our private sessions for additional support and guidance.
This is also the only coaching package that offers unlimited review of all your written marketing materials such as: your business cards, website and brochures and flyers. This also includes reviewing any and all advertisement you currently have or are considering placing. I'll also review any social media platforms such as Facebook or Linked-In.
As a Platinum client you’ll receive:
• One hour in depth quick start telephone consultation, in which we'll conduct an in-depth analysis of where your Practice is now and get crystal clear on your goals and desires for your Practice. We'll then prioritize them so we are working on the most important goals first and start to create a detailed plan of how to achieve them. You'll leave the call knowing the overall picture of where you stand now, where you want to go and easy-to-implement action steps to progress to the Practice that you're desiring to create.
• Two 60-minute calls each month where we'll be reviewing your progress, correct any steps as needed, and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise. These calls pay off big to keep you on track, inspired to your desired aim and serve as a vehicle for us to celebrate and acknowledge the results you're achieving. You may schedule the calls in advance or not, leaving you complete flexibility. During our time together, I'll be taking you through the Practice Building System(tm) the step-by-step system that I developed specifically for Holistic Practitioners that removes the guesswork out of creating and managing a sustainable, profitable Practice.
• MP3 recordings of each call. This is invaluable, as you don't have to take notes and can listen to the calls again (or share the calls, if you choose, with a colleague or assistants) on an as-needed basis.
• Email and telephone support between calls so you can get feedback and I can address any obstacles or situations that need my guidance right away. These calls are optional and available for you to use whenever and if ever you'd like.
• Unlimited review of written marketing materials, whether you're writing articles, want me to review your website, flyers or business card or about to place a paid advertisement, I'll be showing you how you can create effective materials that have your prospective patients and clients calling you. You'll learn how to craft your marketing materials to have you stand you from other Practitioners in a way that feels authentic.
Due to the intensive work we do I can only accept a limited number of Platinum clients at a time. However I do keep a waiting list.
Gold Coaching Packageis for those who want to work at a more deliberate pace or need additional time between meetings to complete "homework" designed to help you advance toward your goals, and for those who don't want the additional resources offered as a part of the Platinum Package.
As a Gold client you'll receive:
• One 45 Minute quick start telephone consultation, in which we'll and we'll conduct an in-depth analysis of where your Practice is now and get crystal clear on your goals and desires of your ideal Practice. We'll then prioritize them so that we are working on the most important goals first and start to create a detailed plan of how to achieve them. You'll leave the call knowing the overall picture of where you stand now, where you want to be and easy-to-implement action steps to start progressing to the Practice that you're desiring.
• Two 45-minute calls each month where we'll be reviewing your progress, correct any steps as needed, and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise. You may schedule the calls in advance or not, leaving you complete flexibility. Silver Coaching Package is designed for those who have completed either the Platinum or Silver Coaching package and want to continue coaching on a maintenance basis. I will occasionally enroll a new client into this package, but only after we thoroughly discuss your needs and goals so that I can determine the likelihood that you will get the results you want with this program.
As a Silver client you'll receive:
• Two 30-minute calls each month where we'll be reviewing your progress, correct any steps as needed, and troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
